Fortunately I was able have a partial day of fun for my birthday. Marcie and I went to Fuzhou (Happy Family) Chinese Buffet on Sunday 21 February 2017 for an early Birthday dinner. I love to go there on Sunday as that is the day they have 3 kinds of shrimp. The shrimp was great , but I had five types of chicken of which some must have been off because 11 hours later I came down with a bad case of food poisoning. I suspect it was mainly the Honey Chicken as it tasted a little off. But the Col Chang’s was dried and hard to chew and I could not eat all that I took. Also the Chicken on a stick was so tough that I had to spit it out on a napkin. Anyway, I was sick all day Monday and threw up five times although I tried many more times. I was feeling better this morning and thought I could eat breakfast, but I was wrong. It didn’t want to stay down.
